A TIP FROM LINDA:  Now you can plan ahead and save at least $25.00 each grocery trip.  You will reduce your stress and save time by taking only 15-20 minutes to fill out my planner each week or twice a week.

I usually go to Shop and Save, so this list is set up like their store aisles.  You will save time as well, since all you will have to do is check off items you need and list the menu on the bottom.  When you get home, fold the paper and post the menu to remind yourself of what needs to be fixed that night.  It's an amazingly simple habit to get into!
