If your health insurance is not listed above, please call me at (217) 416-1958.  I am willing to investigate my options about becoming a provider with your health insurance.  If you have Health Alliance, I'd like to hear from YOU!  I have been patiently waiting for acceptance as a provider with them.  With your letters of recommendation, it is my hope that I will soon be accepted, so I can be of service to you.
